Inner Expeditions
Conversations about mindset, health and adventure. Delving a bit deeper with special guests to help us re-connect with ourselves and the outdoors. We'll also try and discover alternative methods to aid in our wellbeing. The show aligns with my own experiences after I started running to lose weight and resulted in me changing careers to simplify my life and overcome severe anxiety. Since then I've discovered that all round health is more than just physical fitness. I'll share with you stories and experiences with selected guests to inspire and motivate you to step outside your boundaries and try something new.

S1 E6 2020 Recap
For the last Episode of season one and the year I felt that I should address a year that we have not experienced before. I ask good friend Craig Kitson to come in again as we discuss for the most part the impact Covid-19 has had on us all.
Although we have been extremely lucky in our state to have low numbers with the virus, it has still had a massive impact on our lives. We realise that it's hard to comprehend what other countries are going through when we are not greatly exposed to it and the media interest falls away.
As the pandemic takes up most of the episode we look at the take aways form all that has happened. It has also given us the chance to look inwards and allowed us to appreciate what we do have in our own lives.
I would have like to addressed the bush fires both here and in California as well as the increase in rainforest clearing in the Amazon and the global climate crisis, but that will have to wait until next year.
So take time when you listen to this one and give yourself a chance to reflect on your year and what we will take into next year as we exit a year like no other.
